Presentation Proposal Form

Please review the entire form before starting to fill it out to ensure you have all the required information.

 

Presentation Details
(i.e. if the organizers cannot schedule your presentation, you would consider the material for a collaborative workshop or poster)
(i.e. if the organizers cannot schedule your collaborative workshop, you would consider the material for an oral presentation or poster)
Please note that the abstract should be plain text and 250 words or less.
Not required. You may include a document containing no more than 2 pages with your extended abstract, illustrations, and or further description you feel important to communicate the relevance of your submission.
Files must be less than 20 MB.
Allowed file types: pdf doc docx.
Is the poster presenter a student?
If you are a student presenting a poster and you are requesting financial support, please upload a single file containing a resume, a one-page or less statement about why you are interested in the humanitarian sector, a transcript, a reference letter from an advisor, and an estimate of your expenses for the conference). Click the "Choose File" button to select the file from your local computer, then click the "Upload" button to attach the file to this submission.
