Registration has closed and due to reaching max capacity we cannot accept any registrations on site. We apologize for any inconvenience but hope to see you next year!

- The conference does not provide any additional funding for travel or other costs for conference participants.
- The event is endorsed by The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) MENA. Delegates will receive 14 CPD points for attending.
Registration Fees
Registration includes attendance to the conference program, workshops, and related materials.

*The first two participants to register from each NGO are eligible to apply for a refund of their registration fee. The reimbursement will be processed AFTER the registrant completes the conference. NO financial assistance will be provided for participants other than limited support for degree-students presenting posters (see posters page for details).

Invitation Letters for Visa Applications for Travel to Dubai
To determine whether you qualify for Visa on Arrival or have to submit an application in advance with a sponsor, visit https://www.emirates.com/english/before-you-fly/visa-passport-information/uae-visas/.
If you are unable to receive a Visa on Arrival, the visa process is to book your room with our host hotel (Sofitel Dubai) with our special rate code: CHHSG and then submit your visa application through the host hotel. The Sofitel Dubai Visa application (with instructions) can be downloaded via https://chhs.gatech.edu/conference/2018/sofitel-visa-application.
If you choose not to book with Sofitel Dubai you will need a sponsor that is a Dubai entity or resident. Try contacting your hotel and ask for them to submit a visa application on your behalf. You should be able to obtain "sponsorship" from the resident hotel that you choose to book with.
If you need a letter of invitation to the conference to present at your Visa Application in-person appointment at the Dubai Consulate or Embassy nearest to you, please submit a request for an Invitation Letter and we will be in touch shortly after receiving your submission. Please make sure to read the instructions on the website of the Dubai Consulate near you regarding visa application and register for the conference BEFORE we can issue a letter.
While the Conference organizers will issue you a letter in support of your visa, it is your responsibility to read instructions on the Dubai Embassy website for your country and to take the necessary steps in the visa application process. We regret that we cannot provide additional support if your visa application is denied.
