- Registration closed at 11:59am EST Friday, May 26th!
- Since the 2017 conference is being hosted at the United Nations City, the event will be free of charge due to UN policy. Free registration will only be offered for the 2017 conference year. Please note that due to UN security measures, all attendees must be registered online prior to the event to guarantee a spot. Attendees must also have an official form of government-issued photo ID to enter the UN City conference venue building.
- The conference does not provide any additional funding for travel or other costs for conference participants.

Invitation Letters for Visa Applications for Travel to Denmark
If you need a letter of invitation to the conference to present at your Visa Application in-person appointment at the Danish Consulate or Embassy nearest to you, please complete this online form and we will be in touch shortly after receiving your submission. Please make sure to read the instructions on the website of the Danish Consulate near you regarding visa application.While the Conference organizers will issue you a letter in support of your visa, it is your responsibility to read instructions on the Danish Embassy website for your country and to take the necessary steps in the visa application process. We regret that we cannot provide additional support if your visa application is denied.
