Health Systems: The Next Generation 2018

HSNG2018 is a forum focused on promoting and maintaining wellness by identifying important trends in health system applications and technologies and opportunities for collaboration. The goal of this event is to promote and maintain wellness by identifying important trends in healthcare system applications and designs, opportunities for collaboration, and the future of health systems. The event will include two plenary panel sessions, presentations and a poster fair showcasing new methods and research in technological applications.

ISYE/CHHS Seminar - Professor Derya Demirtas

Tuesday April, 17th Professor Derya Demirtas presented on public access defibrillator location under demand and supply uncertainty. Professor Demirtas is a visiting faculty in the Industrial and Systems Engineering and in the Center for Health & Humanitarian Systems at Georgia Tech. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Business Information Systems at the University of Twente, the Netherlands.

Health Systems: The Next Generation 2017

HSNG2017 was a forum focused on promoting and maintaining wellness by identifying important trends in health system applications and technologies and opportunities for collaboration. The event brought together professionals and scholars from across the fields of healthcare delivery, operations, and education focused on improving local and global health systems. The event included two plenary panel sessions, rapid-fire presentations, and two poster sessions showcasing new approaches, technologies, and research in health systems.
