Andrew ElHabr is a Ph.D. candidate in Operations Research at the H. Milton Stewart Schoool of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. His research interests lie broadly within the area of health policy, economics, and outcomes with specific applications in pharmaceutical pricing, advanced diagnostic imaging, stroke, trauma, and telehealth.
