HHL, Zipline and DP World join forces to offer tours

HHL attendees received a unique opportunity to connect conference discussions and real life operations with tours to DP World’s Inland port a premier gateway to global trade, and for the first time with HHL, witness supply chain taking flight at Zipline LLC.

Participants commented that the tours were "Absolutely fascinating" and that "Adding tours of this nature bring significant value to attendees" Each year we look forward to providing these opportunites to our attendees and highlighting the offerings of our host country!

Travel Info

Attendees should book air travel into Kigali International Airport. It is the country's main airport, but it is also of regional importance as it serves Congolese, Burundian and Ugandan cities.
The Rwandan Franc is the currency of Rwanda, commonly referred to as the “RWF”. The single easiest place to exchange your currency is at the airportLocal time zone will be Central Africa Time (CAT) GMT+2.
Rwanda has a temperate tropical highland climate, with lower temperatures than are typical for equatorial countries due to its high elevation. Kigali, in the centre of the country, has a typical daily temperature range between 12 °C (54 °F) and 27 °C (81 °F), with little variation through the year.
In Rwanda the power plugs and sockets are of type C and J. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.
